Hi! My friend and I are very interested in traveling to Bali and Lombok this summer. I was looking at the dossier of this 14 days trip. My question is what time do we get back to Bali from the Gili Islands? Also, what time do travelers leave? Do they stay an extra night in Seminyak to catch the flight the following morning? I'm asking this because we are traveling to Malaysia after the trip ends and we'd like to know before we book our flight as well as our hotel in Penang. Thank you so much!!! Also this trip does not have optional activities. Why is that? Can we still do some stuff like going to the Monkey forest or watch dolphins in Lovina.

Thank you for your interest in our Bali & Lombok tour, and for posting on our forums!
The tour arrives back in Seminyak Beach on day 14 (the last day of the tour) in the afternoon. I personally would recommend an extra night there at the end of the tour so that you are not worrying about missing a flight or rushing around. Obviously, if you have time permitting! If you MUST leave that day I would recommend a fairly late evening flight so as to give yourselves time to transfer to the airport and to allow for any delays.
We haven't got optional activities listed on the trip or country dossier but I am sure there are some. I will enquire into this for you so watch this space for more information.

I have checked with our South East Asia Destination Manager Craig Roach for you on this one, and he has replied to me that those two activities are available and well utilised by our groups.
Also in Ubud the Tour Leader likes to take the group on a beautiful walk aorund the rice-paddies if time permits.
Monkey Forest is just down the road from our hotel and no trip to Lovina would be complete without the dawn dolphin trip.
We also do the volcano walk in Kintamani and cook our boiled eggs in the hot pools.
We will look into adding this information into our trip dossier!

Just wanted to say that my friend and I are going on the Bali and Lombok tour on July 11 so we might see you there. We are staying the extra night (I think if I remember right!)

Hi Lynteacher! My friend and I just booked this trip with Adventure Center yesterday. Yeah, we'll be on the same trip and we're planning to arrive a day before the trip begins to shake off jet lag. We are arriving on the Sun evening so won't be there early (restricted by work). My friend and I are both from England - right in the middle.
Are you both going to do the camping on the mountain? I would like to but not sure if I'm fit enough yet - am working out at the gym to try to get fitter!
We will have to chat nearer the time to decide what to take.
