I haven't booked a trip with imaginative traveller yet. I'm curious about the booking conditions (cancellation penalties, etc.)

There are different rules for different situations so the best thing to do is take a look at our [url=http://www.imaginative-traveller.com/util/popup-frame/?page=bookingconditions]Booking Conditions[/url] online for yourself and let me know if you have any specific questions.

Typically the deposit that you pay for your tour is non-refundable should you choose to cancel outside of 56 days before travel or you can pay a small administration fee to switch to a different tour or departure date instead of cancelling.

It's worth remembering too that if you are booking from Canada you will need to do so through our Canadian agent (Trek Escapes) who will have their own set of booking conditions, though not too dissimilar to our own.
