Booking hours of UK office

I would like to book a trip through your UK office and pay in £. I do not live in the UK but I have my reasons for wanting to book through that office and make my payment in £. Can you tell me the business hours please? I haven't been able to find that info on your web page. Thanks.

Hi PBJ Austin,

Apologies for the delay in replying - I've just seen this post.

I realise you have now already booked, but for future reference our UK office is open 9am-9pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-5:30pm Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday, 10am-4pm Sunday (all UK timezones).

If you called or Live Chatted at other times you would be serviced by our Australian office who covers our night-time hours to make sure our customers can contact us almost 24 hours a day!
