We're planning a trip to Egypt later this year with our two sons 14 &16. I have just read that 18 is the youngest allowed on group tours however you can still organize something for us?? Is this correct? If so would you tell me how it works, are we all alone??
We were looking at the Classical Egypt which does not seem to be available anymore. Do you still do the traveller Plus?
Many thanks
Gail

Re: Bringing the Teenagers
Hi Gail,
You are right; we don't accept bookings for those under 18 years of age.
It is possible for you to have a private group tour arranged for you. Representatives will be available to organise sightseeing but you will be unescorted and you won't be part of a group tour. If you would like to look into this option please contact me directly (see below) and I'll set the wheels in motion.
In answer to your other questions our Classical Egypt tour has been discontinued for this year and we no longer operate trips in a traveller plus style.
Our current travel styles are: Traveller, Adventurer and Pioneer.

Re: Bringing the Teenagers
Thanks Chris,
I think as first timers to Egypt we'd like to go with a group and your tours sound so good, as someone said "not just being in a tourist bubble" Maybe my husband & I can excape and leave the kids at home???
thanks again
Gail
Re: Bringing the Teenagers
Hi Gail,
Yes leave the kids at home! Just enjoy the trip without kids telling you they're bored!!There is so much to see, the history is just amazing.
Although I think it would do our aussie kids some good to see how other children have to live. The children in Egypt seem very happy without Gameboys, the latest fashions etc. I know when I was in Egypt I thought it would do my son good to see what happens in other parts of the world.
Have a great time, wish I could be there too!!
