hi,
Do any of the major cities in Egypt have places where I can download off a memory chip from a digital camera onto a CD? If so, do I supply my own CD?

There is a Fuji Image Plaza in Luxor that does it. Someone on our tour used it in January. I would assume that there would be at least one in Cairo as well in that case.
