Can we use the online visa application - http://evisa.mfaic.gov.kh/e-visa/vsindex.aspx - for entry into Cambodia from Thailand? It says this visa is only valid for some entry points, but I am not sure if our entry point is included...

Unfortunately we cannot advise on visas as this is an area that we are not specially trained in. visa requirements for different visas can literally change from week to week, and we as a companny cannot keep up with all of the changes that occur.
However, if you call the Cambodian Embassy you should have no problem receiving up-to-date information. You can also contact Travcour, who are a visa specialist company.
