I've booked on the Hanoi to Singapore trip this summer and was wondering how easy it would be to get a Cambodian visa either in Siagon or at the Cambodian border. As if I get it before leaving it may have expired before I need it as it is issued for only 30 days and I am in Vietnam for 3 weeks before crossing into Cambodia.

Hi,
Cambodian tourist visas issued from the Embassy in Australia are valid for a period of 3 or 6 months but can only be used once for a visit of up to 30 days so you should be alright. I would imagine that is the same case at all Cambodian embassies but check with the embassy. We usually get ours about 5 weeks before we go. The rules at the border can change without warning.
