me and my friend may have to cancel our tour which leaves on the 5th of May. we are aware that we will lose 75% of the trip total. Does this include the payment on arrival. Would we still have to pay the local payment? how would the refund be returned to us as we are travelling so are not in the UK.

Thanks for your question.
Sorry to hear that you have to cancel your tour. As you are aware cancellation charges will now unfortunately apply but this does not extend to your local payment, which you are not obliged to pay if you cancel.
