Check-in and Credit Card ??

Hi there,

We are leaving in about two and a half weeks on the Elephant Adventure (Thailand), and I have a question regarding checking in at the meeting point hotel ...

I have been told that I will need to present my credit card and must have "room" on it for hotel charges. I have received my vouchers and assume that all has been taken care of. The person who informed me of this has never travelled with ImTrav, nor have they done any "group-type" tours.

However, could you please confirm with me if this is correct? I sure hope not, as my credit card is not all that happy these days!!

Hi Terri,

Err you won't need to show your credit card! Your will need to let the receptionist know your name and you can show them your voucher and that should be sufficient for the first meeting point after that the tour leader will take care of checking in your group!
