I have about 5 days in lieu available to me and am keen to get out of the UK, bearing in mind that my max time available is 9 days including w/ends.
Any suggestions on tour companies that run cycle tours in Europe (except Italy) and who have an ethos not unlike IT would be appreciated.

A company called Transhumance do one week self guided cycling trips in Provence. Last I knew they did a trip through Camargue, which is mostly flat and one through the Luberon, which is very hilly.
I did the Camargue and it was fantastic.
