Dengue Fever and Sri Lanka

Hi, they are reports of a dengue fever epidemic in Sri Lanka this year (25000+ reported cases this year so far versus 8000 for 2008). For the Sri Lanka discovery trip, will the hotels have plug-in repellent coils and mosquito nets or do we need to take our own?
