Hi Everyone
We are confident that our travellers can enjoy a safe, trouble free holiday with us.

However, we have no interest in asking our travellers to travel in a destination where their personal safety is put at risk. Furthermore we have nothing to gain by having travellers on tour who are so worried about their safety that they cannot enjoy themselves.

To give our clients complete peace of mind, we are therefore implementing the following policy:

Any client who is booked to travel on a tour operated by The Imaginative Traveller Limited that is due to depart on any date up to 31 May 2003 who is concerned for their safety may defer their travel to a later date, or transfer their booking to a tour in another destination without penalty, provided that The Imaginative Traveller is notified by the client, or by the client's travel agent AT LEAST 7 DAYS prior to the tour start date.

We have set a seven day deadline to allow us sufficient time to adjust our tour schedules as a result of any deferments or transfers, and avoid incurring costs on services which are routinely pre-paid.

Travellers wishing to defer or transfer their booking within 7 days of their scheduled tour start date may do so upon payment of a
