Steven - I did this in September last year and flew Air France return to Casablanca and added on a ridiculously cheap fare Casablanca /Marrakech return with Royal Air Maroc (which my UK travel agent was able to organise).
Morocco is probably my favourite country in the world to travel in (and I did the trip with a hire car and three other blondes!), have a fantastic time!

Royal Air Maroc are the main airline running Casa/Marrakech flights. But BA also have flights out of Marrakech. Of course it all depends on airline availability.
There are also reasonably good local train connections between Marrakech and Casablanca (journey time about 4 hrs, 8 trains per day) if you can only get a flight out of Casablanca.
Then there also trains to the airport from main stations in Casa (journey time about 35 mins, running approx one an hour between 0515am and 2030pm).
