I'd like to book an Indian tour but how do I find out if the departure is guaranteed? As I plan to go at Christmas time, I need to book (and pay for!) my airfares soon. Travel insurance doesn't cover tours being cancelled due to lack of numbers, so I'd lose about $700 - not to mention not going on holidays.

Re: Guaranteed Departures?

I've just had a bit of a read of previous posts and realise that departures are guaranteed with 4-6 bookings. Can you tell me how many are booked on the Rajasthan Safari departing 28 December 2008?

Re: Guaranteed Departures?

Hello Jesse

Thanks so much for getting in contact.

Currently there is just one person booked on the 28th of December departure for the 'Rajasthan Safari' tour. However, as you said the minimum numbers are reasonably low for many of our tours and there is still plenty of time for the departure date to receive more bookings. It is a very popular tour which of course is running at a peak time of the year.

I hope that I have helped alleviate any concerns you may have had.
