Has IT ever considered indicating certain tours in their brochures and online to always be "GUARANTEED", without the six minimum bookings per tour?
This may be a very positive step to ensure travel on all your tours throughout the year!
Many travel companies now offer tours that are always GUARANTEED, so people can book these tours based upon availability knowing they can use their various travel programs for airline travel, etc. (a win-win for everyone).
Please consider this for your future online travel and brochures.
I would really like to book more travel with IT as I have truly enjoyed travelling with IT on four various "adventures" to Turkey (East and West), Eygpt and Jordan.
I would like to be able to book further travel on a Connoisseur trip in 2009 to India but because of my current concerns about travel booked for 2008 (having already been asked to change my original booking from 2007 and now find that the change has not met the minimum 6 traveller requirement for 2008 -- a change from 4 to 6 travellers in 2008) I don't know whether I will book again with IT without a GUARANTEED departure!
I don't want to have to cancel or change bookings as there is an adherent cost to each of the changes to me.
Please review your current policy to give all travellers some "insurance" that you are always there for us.
I have truly enjoyed my travels with you as I love your "small" number of travellers giving me and my fellow companions the attention we love in the countries you have tours in!

I can see how this would be very helpful in your planning, and reading other posts elsewhere on the forums can see this issue has definitely been highlighted as something that our travellers think a lot about when deciding on holidays. I will be sure to pass all your comments onto our Operations department.
I am pleased to hear you have enjoyed your previous adventures with Imaginative Traveller, and would like to book more travel with us! We do appreciate your position with regards to looking ahead to 2009 and the issue with minimum numbers and will consider this in future.
