Hi All!
I am booked onto "Central American Trails" trip to Guatemala, Belize and Mexico in November. The trip starts in Cancun, and finishes in Guatemala nine days later. My flight is a return one into Cancun. So, Has anyone got any ideas/ info. on the means of transport from Guatemala City back to Cancun?. It maybe that most people on this trip might be wanting to make this journey. The tour finishes (I think) on the tuesday or wednesday, and my plane doesnt leave Cancun until Saturday evening, so I have plenty of time!!

I was looking at doing a similar thing in December, myself. I found some posts on Trip Advisor and such like talking about 24 hour coaches, and internal flights. I tried looking at flights but all my searches didn't come back with much, or they where $800 going via North America. In the end I booked the "Mexico, Belize & Guatemala" trip which for an extra £500, and 11 days puts you back in Cancun.
Coaches might be a good option for you?

Thanks for that info!! I too, had seen the same flights that were very expensive, as you correctly say!!! Shame that Ryanair doesnt exist in that part of the world!!!!
Looks like the coaches will have to be the mode of transport for me then!!!
I shall be there from Nov. 14 to Nov. 28, So, I guess I will be home before you depart. If you need any info regarding the trip before you go, i would be more than happy to oblige!!!
