I have recently obtained my visa for my trip to India however didn't realise that i had to send the completed health form off with it, as your info has stated. I have filled it in thinking that i would just have to present it at immigration upon arrival.
My passport has now been returned with visa and all seems fine.
Please can you clarify, have i done the right thing, should the health form have been sent with the visa application, And am i going to have any difficulty in Delhi when i present the health form having not sent it off for any kind of check / endorsement beforehand.
