I'm posting from Brazil, and have already been browsing for a while..
I'd like to travel in July, but I really really can't afford much. Plus, I am a 20year old girl, and will probably go alone. I would like to know what is the average age of your travellers (if there is one) - and if going alone will feel too bad. I have had a look on some options - is the "adventure trips" too adventurous? Or can anyone handle them?
What about safety, in general? In Thailand, for example?
Any suggestions, please? I really want this to happen..

Our tours attract a wide range of ages (over the age of 17 years old) and there are lots of people who participate on our tours who travel on their own.
I travelled for the first time alone on our Vietnam Hilights tour last year and I enjoyed every minute I was paired up with a great girl from Canada. The accommodation on Adventurer style tours is basic but have what you need to get a good nights slepp and are usually en-suite, if I can cope on one then any one can!
We always follow foreign office advise with regards to safety in the countries that we visit and it is always good to be vigilant whilst travelling to any country.
