Also we arrive into Amman the evening of the 9th and will go straight to the hotel to meet the group. It sounds as though we will miss the briefing. How can I ensure we are included on the optional Day 3 activities and we have instructions for meeting etc.
MORNING: Dead Sea; US$28 (Half day at the Dead Sea including transport and entrance to the Dead Sea Spa Hotel) Aternoon: Turkish Bath; approx. US$21 (Enjoy a Turkish bath after a hard day exploring Petra)
I also need to confirm my friend Joanne is booked as a vegetarian (Not too fussy just NO meat)as I can't locate any details on my voucher but was confirmed by my travel agent at time of booking.

The Egypt and Jordan Adventure is a guaranteed departure on the 8th June!
The arrival day, which also includes the meeting with the tour leader, is on the 8th June so you will miss this. You will meet the tour leader on when you arrive, if you would like me to add a note into your booking to let the tour leader know please email me kate@itmrav.net with you reference and I can arrange this for you as well as check your friends dietry requirements can be added to the booking.
