Hi all..me and my boyfriend and trying to pick a china tour and we really like the look of the trips with the tiger leaping gorge trek - the only trouble is is that we're not sure if we will be able to hack it fitness wise. I've been reading other peoples posts about this but am still not sure, does anyone no if it is possible to skip certain parts of the trek?
It would be really helpful if we could get a better idea of what the trek will involve, like how many km approx will we be doing each day, is it very steep etc? As much detail about the trek as poss would be fab! We're both young early 20's, but don't do much exercise at all - I get out of breath just walking up the hill for 10 mins in our local park!
