We have 3 trips booked with you this year and have traveled with you before. We are months away from 2 of the trips, that may daughter and I are going on, and need to cancel because my wife is going to lose her job.
What my travel agent is telling me is that we loose all of our deposit ($800) and loose all of our insurance ($500). They said if it was daughter or I losing our job we would be able to cancel.
Does this company want to lose loyal customers because they are unwilling to change their policy during these unprecedented times? We would like to re-book but there is to much unknown right now.
