Not sure what the weather/temperature will be like in Aug up in the High Atlas. Would I require a fleece, waterproof jacket and sleeping bag for the High Atlas section of this trip?

Hi Audrey,
While the weather is still reasonably hot in most parts of Morocco at the moment, there have been cool nights, particularly in the mountain regions. There has also been some rain in the southern areas.
So I would suggest that you do bring a rain jacket and sleeping bag and some sort of warm top (you may not need a heavy fleece though). It's always hard to predict the weather exactly, but this is based on reports from our most recent trip.
