Since no-one seems to have read my posting in the Africa-Forum, I have a go in the Q&A-section.
Hearts of Africa-Tour: I know that the tents are equipped with mosquito nets, so we dont need to bring them with us. Does that go for the hotels, too? According to the plan, we will spend 6 nights in hotels. Should we bring nets for the hotel beds?
And can you tell me at which locations we will not sleep in tents, but in hotels? My guess is Nairobi and Zanzibar, where else? Is it possible to get the names and addresses of these hotels beforehand?
I will need an address in Malawi for my visa application. Can you tell me the address of at least one of the locations/camping places we will be staying at?
Thanks very much for answering a lot of questions!
Eva

Hello Eva,
I am sorry we have not been able to respond to you sooner.
The hotels you will be staying in will have some sort of mosquito protection, in the form of screening over the windows or nets over the bed. However, if you are particularly concerned about the mosquito protection you could perhaps take your own mosquito net.
Locations where you will be in lodges/hotels are Nairobi, Zanzibar and Victoria Falls - the rest of the time you will be camping. I am unable to provide you names and addresses as these could change.
The current address for the visa application is:
For the Visa – the address that can be used is –
STEPS CAMPSITE
SUNBIRD LIVINGSTONIA BEACH
SENGA-BAY ROAD
SALIMA
MALAWI
I hope you have a wonderful time. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
