We are currently booked on UTCX that departs on June 17, 2008 and I note that UTBM that also goes to exactly the same destinations departs on the same date.
If there aren't enough bookings on UTCX would it be possible to join UTBM for the first part of the Budapest to Krakow portion? Just a thought as we are really anxious to take this trip.

It may be possible that this could be arranged for you, as we don't have a problem if a participant wishes to leave the tour early (although obviously for eveyone we'd rather avoid it!). The only circumstance we could not allow would be a participant joining the tour late, as this alters the group dynamic.
But hopefully this is all accademic, as hopefully your tour will reach minimum numbers and will definately go ahead as planned.

Thank you for your response -- it is nice to know that if our tour doesn't get the 6 minimum travellers (there are 3 of us) that we could join the other tour and level it at Krakow; we too would like our trip to be a go!
