I have written 3 emails and had no reply about a refund I am owed from my last trip. To whom can I direct my question?

I am still waiting for some response from Imaginative Traveller.
I replied immediately after seeing your posting and as yet have had no acknowledgement that my email has been received.

Is there someone specific to whom I can direct my questions and expect to get a response?
