I'm thinking of doing the "Essential Peru" (excl. the Inca Trail, LAEP2) trip departing September 20 in Lima. This would be my 5th ImTrav trip :-).
Since my overall itinerary is somewhat complex, I would not be able to arrive before late evening (11pm) in Lima on day 1. Do you consider this being a problem given that the tour briefing usually happening on day 1? What's the departure time for Cuzco on day 2?
In addition, could you pls. tell me how many people are already booked on this tour?
And last but not least, are you able to arrange two more nights in Lima after the trip? What's the price for single room?

If you are to miss the meeting on day 1 of the tour, this is really nothing to be concerned about as everything discussed is then recapped the next day. You will be scheduled to leave at 6am on the morning of day 2.
At this time there are twelve people booked on this tour, with just six spaces remaining. We are indeed able to arrange extra nights accommodation for you. The cost of a single room in Lima staying in the same hotel where the tour starts and ends would be £51 per person, per night. This is the same cost for pre or post tour accommodation.
