I am booked (along with a friend of mine) to go on the above trip that departs from Arusha on the 13th June.
I notice that the availability is still good (so not guaranteed yet !).
Is it possible to tell me how many people it will need for it to be guaranteed to run ?
Also, what date is it decided as to whether the trip will run or not ? (assuming not enough people book onto the trip between now and June)

Thank you for posting on our forums!
We'd need to have two more people to book in order for your tour to be confirmed to operate, and if this doesn't happen in the next couple of weeks you might think about if you would like to transfer to another tour such as Tanzania Untamed on June 6th or 21st (either of which would then be confirmed to operate).

Thanks for getting back to me about this.
I'll have to have a think about whether or not I would like to transfer to another trip or not, in the event that two more people don't book on it.
Unfortunately, as far as my friend is concerned, unless this actual trip runs, he will not be able to transfer to another trip. There are reasons for that, which I won't go into on here.
In the meantime, I think we'll cross our fingers and hope that in the next couple of weeks or so, two more people fancy a trip to Tanzania in June !
