Have read many conflicting reports can anyone advise on whether you need a transit visa when flying to Kathmandu via Delhi stop over an hour and a half. Flying with Jet airways.

Thanks

Hello There,

Unfortunately this information will vary from source to source. Generally speaking, if you were not to leave the arrivals area, e.g. just changing gates, then you should not need a transit visa, as you would not be passing out of the airport.

We recommend though that you speak to the airline, as they would be able to advise you on this. Alternatively, a visa specialist such as Travcour will be able to help you further on this matter. They can be reached via their website - www.travcour.com.

Many Thanks
