My sister, brother-in-law and myself booked this Central Europe Explorer tour prior to the 08/09 Brochure being published. Needless to say, the dates had changed from the 07/08 Brochure but as we want to see Central Europe we changed the dates to the 16th of June departure.
Is there any other folks out there that are doing this Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and now Krakow, Poland tour?

Still looking for an answer to my question by the IT travel folks.
There is "availability" per the website but is there more than the 3 of us booked?
Just a wee bit anxious as we really want to go on this IT trip. We have enjoyed travel with IT before (Turkey, Egypt and Jordan) and are looking forward to reporting to our travel agents our thoughts on Central Europe.

Please forgive the late reply. We have experienced some problems with our forum of late.
Currently there are still just the three of you booked on this tour, however there is still plenty of time for many others to book. The tour will only need three more bookings for it to become a guaranteed departure.

Tristan, are there folks on the tour proceeding our tour in May or alternatively in July? Do you tend to "move" people booked so that a tour does go?
We really are looking forward to this trip so hope it will be a go. We are to make our final payment to our travel agent by the end of March!!

I have check the numbers on the tour for both dates & can confirm that the 13/05/08 departure currently has three spaces booked, while the 08/07/08 departure currently has four spaces.
We have in the past offered groups the option to move their tour to a different departure date in order to ensure that it departs. However with a minimum of six participants required for a tour to proceed I would hope that this should not be needed.
