Hi,
I'm going on one of your China tours in October and will be applying for my visa in a few weeks (I know it's a bit early, but I wanted to make sure I have enough time, just in case).
What kind of travel documents do you provide and when do those documents/travel package get sent to the traveler? Would it be possible to get these documents sooner rather than later? I am Canadian and have been told by a visa service that detailed official hotel confirmations with my name listed specifically on them OR an official letter of invitation (complete with the citizenship ID of a tour agent in China) are required.
I'm guessing that you deal with this a lot, so any help you can offer would be much appreciated. I booked the tour through a travel agent - I'm not sure if that matters. I have never traveled to China (much less alone) before and am starting to freak out a little.
Thanks!

China Visa
Hello Chrissy
Thanks so much for getting in touch.
Ideally you would need to talk to your travel agent in Canada first to arrange these documents. You will likely need a 'tour confirmation letter', along with document proof of where you will be staying during the tour. This would need to be requested by your travel agent. If you ask them to request these documents soon we should be able to get this under way.
I hope this helps answer your questions.
Have a wonderful trip with us.
