I am sadly disappointed with the way the forums have been dealt with in the past 6 months or so. No responses to peoples requests.
This is very poor people & would not have happened in the past. I have even given up answering peoples requests, as it seems quite obvious ImTRav don't give a damn about their customers.
Time to pull your socks up people. I have been a member for more than 10 years, so I know what I am talking about.
So time to delegate SOMEONE to respond to peoples requests, before it's too late. This Forum is pretty much dead now as it is.
In my opinion for what it's worth......which is probably nothing.

Please accept our apoligies for the delays in responding to the forums. We have had a few issues with these recently. However, we have now overcome these and will get on top of the forums once again.
