What to take?

Hi, I was wondering whether or not I need to take a sleeping bag on the trek 'Treasures of the North' with me?

Hello Julie,

No sleeping bag is advised for this trip, however it is advised to bring a 'Inner sheet /sleeping sheet'
Basicially this is a sleeping bag liner made of cotton and perfect for the humid climate of Thaliand and to keep the bugs off.
