Me and my wife are considering the Wild Turkey Adventure this year. However she is not too keen on the canoeing/rafting section. She is a bit afraid of water and can't swim.
What kind of water is it? White or gently flowing water?
Is it a barrier for her?

Re: Wild Turkey Adventure
Hi Norm,
The sections of river chosen for this tour, offer a balance between easy canoeing, allowing time to take in the scenery, and some white water sections. though not too fast.
You will get wet!!
If your wife is really concerned, then this is no 'barrier' at all! She may go to the starting point and decide whether she would like to take part. If she doesn't fancy it ... not a problem! Our guide/driver will escort her in the coach (which also carries the equipment, personal baggage etc..) to the lunch spot, where the group finishes the rafting. A barbeque is prepared for you here on the river bank.
The activity itself lasts for around three or four hours
You may want to join an 8-person raft, where an instructor will accompany you or choose the open style canoes (which tend to be more popular). Either way, safety is a key feature here and life vests are provided, and both an instructor and our tour leader escort our canoeing/rafting excursions
Cheers
