I'd like to ask you if there is a minimum group size required in order that the tour is taking place.
I will join the Yangtse and the Southwest tour starting July 3, 2006 and I saw that there are still more than 5 places left.

Thanks for your post.

The minimum group requirement to merit a guaranteed departure is 4 people, and the decision as to whether a trip will run is made 56 days prior to the scheduled departure date. If the minimum number has not been made than those booked (should there be any) will be informed imediately. We call this a trip consolidation should it happen. Saying this I would like to point out that the majority of our tours do run as intended and so this circumstance cannot be regarded as frequent.

In this vein, the July 3rd departure of the Yangste and Southwest tour currently has 8 places remaining for the booking, meaning that 7 people are confirmed as traveller. Therefore this tour is set to run as scheduled.
