I am going to a Congress in Shanghai from the 17.10. - 20.10.2002 and have about 4 weeks time either before or after the event.
Trying to organise the other way round, from Kathmandu to Beijing, but seems to be very difficult, also it seems there are no departure dates for late october. Does the wheather get too bad ?
What else can I do ?
