Japan and Yangtse & Southwest tours

I'm taking the Empire of the Sun and Yangtse & Southwest tours in July / August. Am I likely to need a sleeping bag for either of these tours, bearing in mind the accommodation and time of year?

I have fairly sensitive skin so I'm already planning on bringing a silk liner with me- should that be sufficient?

Thanks for your post.

You are not required to bring a sleeping bag for either of these tours. Given your sensitive skin, a silk liner is a good idea, providing that you feel it sufficient.
