Ideally, I'd like to see as much of the country as possible. I may have missed it but I didn't see one big tour covering the north & south.
Has anyone ever combined a couple of the tours to try and do this? If so, which ones and how did it work out for you?
If I'm lucky I'll have about 5 weeks to play with.
Thanks
oops. Forgot to mention that I'm talking about India :-)

Combining North and South India
Hi Sirius
Thank you for your post about combining North and South India. While I have not done this myself, I have checked dates that we have in our brochure to see which tours match up.
You don't say when you are thinking of travelling, however in general the North Indian Highlights and the South Indian Highlights both start and finish on a Sunday, so these would be ideal to match together and you would just need to get a connecting flight between the two, which we can help you with:

These are both Traveller style (http://www.imaginative-traveller.com/trip-styles), so if you were interested in a more "grass roots" type of trip you could look at our Adventurer style instead. I'd recommend checking out our Rajasthan Explorer (starts Saturday and ends sunday) plus our South India Adventure (starts Sundays):

I hope this helps!
