Hi everyone! We are scheduled for the Rajastan trip over Xmas 2006 - we'd love to interact with other people going on this trip, or people who have been on it before. We're from the us, and this is our first trip to India. Looking forward to it!

Hi - I was on North India Highlights last Christmas and New Years, and I wish I was there again. We were lucky enough to spend our Christmas Eve and day at a Maharajahs palace in Karauli. It was so wonderful!
Our guide with ImTrav was excellent - I can't say enough about the great time I had.
Please let me know if you have any specific questions.
PS - bring some warm clothes - the desert gets cold at night and most of the places we stay didn't have heat. Also, bring a good flashlight as there are lots of blackouts!

Is that the "Amongst the Maharajas" starting on the 23rd? We arrive in Delhi on the 20th for a bit of a look around.

I did a little bit of sneeky investigating and unfortunately I think you guys are on different tours, albeit in a similar region, over the xmas period.
