I am booked into the Images of Nepal trip in January next year and not wanting to pack sleeping bag and down jacket were contemplating hiring. Can anyone who has done so please let me know just how clean are these items. I am not a clean freak and know how to travel rough but would like some indication of cleanliness. I know an inner sheet is mandatory.

Booked into Images of Nepal trip and wanting to visit the Tibetan refuge camp. Is it possible to bring over some clothes to hand over to the people in the camp?

The tour leader will be able to recommend the best place to get a down jacket and sleeping bag. A sleep sheet is a very good idea and you can buy them cheaply out there.
If you wish to bring over clothes to donate then that is great and I am sure that they will be very much appreciated. Again ask the tour leader for help with this.
