This trip looks great and two of us are booked on the trip startin at the end of March, not sure if that falls within easter next year or not, we booked early to get the discounts of the price and before the new catalogue came out with increased prices!

I think you may be on the same one as it runs from 4th April 09 which covers Easter. The one before that starts 7th March. I have booked now as well, it looks wonderful!

I went to India a couple of years ago so this won't be my first long haul but it will be my first alone. Have you got flights yet? I got tickets with Qatar for reasonable price.

It looks like we are on the same trip - we had booked on an earlier trip mid to the end of march which now isn't running, so we've been moved onto the one leaving on the 4th April.
We are just in the process of booking flights - prob with qatar also as that seems to be the cheapest option.

Well thats 3 of us for a start so fingers crossed that this one runs. Not long to go once Christmas is over, can't wait! bit nervous about sleeping in the jungle though, I'm sure I will wake with a massive spider on my head....

There are 8 people in total on the Sri Lanka Discovery for 4th April, so the tour is set to go ahead (our minimum is 6 people).

May 9th Sri Lanka trip

I am booked on this tour, but have now been told to wait to buy flights as it is not guaranteed. How long before travel are these trips usually guaranteed as I have several other tours and 3 months of travel around this trip as well as my flights into and out of sri lanka already. thank you!

At the moment there are 3 people (including yourself) booked on your tour.

The official minimum group size on the tour is 6 people, however I have checked this out for you and we will actually run this tour if just one more person books (i.e. with a group of 4).

If you are very pressed for time and really need to book your flights, I would just recommend checking the airline's policy for any date changes, in the unlikely scenario of this tour not reaching 4 people.

Sri Lanka is generally fairly popular so we would hope to get several more bookings on this tour before you go. It's a wonderful place to visit (I have been twice!) and you will have a great time.
