final payment is due in 11 days, all travel arrangements are booked and finalized. what happens if one more person doesnt book? I cant cancel 3 months of already arranged and paid for travel. this makes me very nervous!

It is possible that we may still be able to operate the tour, however this is a decision that is taken by our Operations team.
Please try not to worry - we will always exhaust all other possibilities before cancelling a tour.

Well I am trying not to worry =) But as I have already everything as well as trips on either end of this one, i will be in sri lanka from may 9 to 23rd either way and really hope I won't get stuck there alone without a tour. I sure hope it goes! Thanks for your quick replies.
