For years I have always wanted to go to Tibet and this year seems the "right" time to do so. Due to a busy work schedule, high maintenance kids, two cats and three lizards, my time away from home will be somewhat limited. I'm planning on booking the "Tibet Explorer" tour which is 14nights/15 days.
Herein lies my question ... or questions. Has anyone been on this tour, and if so did you find it to be a good, solid introduction to Tibet, or should I try for a tour that is longer in duration?
Any insight and/or info regarding this tour, or Tibet in general would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, and have a happy day!
