Hey Nicky,
Thanks for your posting.
With such distinct climatic and cultural fluctuations throughout the year, it is always an intriguing time to visit India. However the 6 months between October and March are widely regarded as the best time to visit. Aside from the bearable temperature, this period is blessed with a number of festivals with the mood of the country at its most celebratory. The arrival of the Hindu festival of Diwali for five days in November and the Pushkar Fair falling in the same month are fantastic opportunities to experience the sensory assault associated with a trip to India.
