Beijing Olympics: the Imaginative Traveller Policy
We congratulate China, and Beijing in particular, for winning the right to host the 2008 Olympic Games.
However, we realise that the extra demands on the local tourist infrastructure during the games will detract from our style of tour. We have therefore decided to avoid running departures that would have otherwise visited Beijing during the relevant period.
We do not plan on running amended versions of these tours. Beijing, the nation's capital with its array of world class sites, is simply not replaceable.
