How many others are booked on this tour and do you know if any are arriving in Lima early. I'll be arriving on the night of the 2nd and would like to meet up with anyone wanting to do a couple of day tours before the tour starts.
What is the minimum number needed for a tour to take place? When will we be notified the name of the meeting place hotel.

Hi,
There are 5 people (including yourself) on the trip and there are an addtional 2 people booked on the tour but they are not doing the Inca trail section.
We need a minimum of 6 people for a tour to be guaranteed to depart.
You will receive the tour details/vouchers which will include the meeting point hotel address 1 month before your departure date. You could also go on our website and type in your tour code which is LAHP and you can get these details from there.
