I am booked on South America Coast to Coast (LACO2 excl Inca Trail) which covers 4 countries: Peru, Bolivia, Argentina and Brazil. In doing my last minute preparations I went to read the trip dossier, only to discover the sections about visas, borders etc make no mention at all of Argentina but instead refer to Ecuador which is all very interesting but clearly of no relevance. Come on ImTrav, we're all guilty of copy and paste but there are so many really obvious mistakes in your new website that it's clear that information gets posted without double checking for accuracy.
Add to this the fact that the end date for my trip was inaccurately shown as 1 day earlier than it actually is. This was not even picked up by your staff when I made my booking; the last time I checked the error hadn't been corrected on the website either.

Thank you for your post and for letting us know about the problems with your trip dossier. As you point out, this trip doesn't visit Ecuador and we are clearly red-faced and guilty of copying and pasting on this dossier.
I would like to apologise the dossier was lacking the info you needed, and have now rectified this by amending both versions of this trip dossier (including and excluding Inca Trail).
I have erased all mention of Ecuador and added in Argentina, plus changed all the country dossier links to direct you to the appropriate country dossiers.
Thanks again for letting us know about the problem, and if you do happen to spot anything else please don't hesitate to contact us. Any errors will be corrected as a matter of urgency. Uploading all the information onto our new website was obviously a huge job with plenty of scope for errors, however I am sure that is no excuse and I am very sorry.
With regards to your trip's end date - I looked at all the dates online and they do seem to match with our brochure, so I am hoping this means the error you reported has now been corrected. If not, and I have misunderstood your message, please let me know and I will have our web team look into it.
