Greetings,
My hubby and I are wanting to go check out Peru, but he would like to do the Inca Trail and I would probably rather not. I see that these tours offer the option of doing the hike, but my question is are they really the same tour with part of the group going off and doing the hike and the other part of the group hanging out in Cuzco? I am thinking that if this is the case, it would be a way for both of us to see Peru and be able to do the things that we want. (does this question even make sense? LOL). Thanks!
Jill

Re: Inca Adventure or Explored - w/ and w/o Inca Trail question
Hi Jill,
Thanks for your question.
It makes a lot of sense and that's exactly what happens. All of our Peru tours can be booked with or without the trek included (it's a shorter trek on Inca Explorer) and should you choose to opt out of the trek we can arrange for you to stay in Cusco for a couple of extra days whilst the others go off and do the trek. You can then head up to Machu Picchu by train when your group arrives there and meet up with them that way at the end of the trek.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Brendan

Yes, thank you very much. That makes the whole thing much more appealing!!
