Im doing one of your trips to Bolivia, Argentina and Brazil on November 6th and Ive just read that Bolivia requires your passport to be valid for at least a year afterwards! Never heard of anywhere needing more than 6 months before. My passport runs out September 2009. Is this going to be a problem then?!

On the foreign office site it says 6 months?

Passport validity needed for Bolivia
Hi Aims
Thank you for your posts. I have checked into this and looked at the British Foreign Office website and checked with our Support team here at Imaginative Traveller as well.
It seems that your passport does only have to be valid for 6 months from the date of entry into Bolivia, so I have now changed our trip dossier and would apologise for any panic and confusion this has caused.
I hope you have a wonderful time on the tour - please let us know how you get on!
Best Wishes,
Kelly
Sorry to be a pain but is still says a year!

Bolivia passport validity needed
Hello Aims
Thanks for letting me know - I changed the trip dossier but not the country guide.
I confirm it is definitely only 6 months and will get this amended as soon as possible.
Thanks again - it is much appreciated that you pointed this out!
Best Regards
Kelly
