We are a family of four intending to fly with Ethihad at Christmas this year and are wondering what they are like. Our children are 12 and 9 and on a 12/14 hr journey will expect some sort of entertainment! Does anyone have any info about their inflight stuff.
Have checked out their website but they not that forthcoming.
We are travelling to Thailand so any info/advice on travelling there with kids would also be welcome.

Thanks for your post and sorry for the delayed response.
Whilst I have not personally travelled with Etihad Airways, a colleague of mine has and she rates them very highly. The staff were very attentive, the food nice and on her particular plane there was plenty of entertainment sources. Of course this may vary depending on the size of the aeroplane, however she was also en route to Thailand so I imagine they will be similar. In that vein, my colleague had a stop over at Abu Dhabi, which whilst being an airport, had plenty to do and only spending a short amount of time there.

We have now booked the Fabulous Thailand Tour and also booked our Etihad tickets.
We are going over the Christmas period and looking forward to it already.
