Hi,
I am thinking of doing the six week trip from Hanoi to Singapore this summer. Starting the tour on 6 July which is the Vietnam Explorer, then Majestic Angkor and Bangkok to Singapore. If anybody has been on any of these trips I'd love some advice or tips.
Also I will be travelling alone and have only previously visited Europe and the US and was wondering if I am being a bit too adventurous - Asia six weeks alone!!?
Cheers
Clare

Re: Asia Alone!
Hi Clare,
You are definitely not being too adventurous ! Our tours are designed so that they can be enjoyed by everyone - by first time travellers to Asia or by those who have travelled extensively in the area.
You will be accompanied the whole way by a tour leader who will be able to give you lots of practical advice on what to do, how to do it, where to go and so on. They are there to take the hassle out of your travels and to make sure that you have the best possible time.
There is a certain amount of free time on this trip so you will be able to explore on your own (or with new friends that you make on the tour) but you will be given lots of advice on how to best approach this.
I was in Vietnam last month doing one of our trips there, and I have to say that it was absolutely fantastic ! Halong Bay has to be one of the most beautiful places that I have ever been, the Mekong Delta is just lovely (really friendly people as well) and the imperial city at Hue is stunning. I could wax lyrical for hours about how wonderful it all is but I guess it would be best for you to see for yourself !
Have a great time and I hope you fall in love with Asia as quickly as I did.
